GOOD NEWS! Granola does not accept returns and/or grant refunds on any products sold. Please reach out to us via email at hello@goodnewsgranola.com if you believe you've received an incorrect or damaged order.
We are not responsible for delays caused by one of our shipping partners or for packages that are marked “delivered” by the carrier. We are also not responsible for any missing orders, whether they are marked delivered or delayed, by our shipping partners. In addition, we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information that you may have provided.
